Vice President & Head of Client Management at Visa Ben has been with Visa for over 7 years and is the Vice President, Head of Commercial & Money Movement Solutions at Visa. In this role Ben is responsible for the commercial, money movement and treasury products and capabilities to serve the needs of clients in the Australian, New Zealand and South Pacific markets. Ben has more than 25 years’ experience in financial services across the UK and Australia. Prior to Visa, Ben spent 2 years at Telstra as General Manager, Solution Design & Delivery, leading a large customer experience transformation programme as well as 16 years’ at GE Capital across risk management, marketing, client consulting and operations.

Jess has a long history in credit cards, working in GE and then Latitude's Consumer Lending business, developing deep subject matter expertise in co-branded partnerships. She has carried that expertise across to David Jones, where she relaunched the credit card program to the market in 2024.

Previously, Dion was the Group Chief Commercial Officer and later the CEO of Openpay Group Ltd, where he led the expansion of Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) solutions across Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, and the United States. Dion’s career uniquely combines expertise in communications, technology, and financial services. He founded a business that was acquired by DDB Worldwide, a subsidiary of Omnicom Group Inc (NYSE: OMC), where he then served as Managing Director, driving profitable revenue growth in sectors including banking and finance, automotive, healthcare, and retail. A dedicated AFL supporter, Dion also enjoys coaching juniors at his local football club.

A recognised advocate for gender parity and diversity, Susan has served on the Advisory Board of Women in Payments and was honored with the Distinguished Women in Payments award in 2019. With a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from La Trobe University and a Master’s in Marketing from Monash University, Susan’s career that spans multiple sectors and continents, providing her with a unique perspective on the intersection of global trends and digital innovation.
