Following our highly successful leadership forum in 2023, Jo and the team from Culturise are back to take us on a journey into the future! Our world has experienced unprecedented change and it’s not slowing down. The challenge for leaders and teams is how to keep pace with change, and develop and implement initiatives for culture, wellbeing, leadership development and teamwork, whilst juggling increasing workloads on every front. It’s all too common that great teamwork and culture initiatives get left behind as business as usual gets in the way. This workshop promises to be a highly engaging, thought-provoking, and practical look at how we can create a culture that not only sees change as the ‘new normal’ but uses our ever-changing world to grow and thrive together. You will contribute to and walk away with a toolkit of ways that you can evolve and transform culture in your team or organisation in ways that can be drip-fed into your business as usual to strengthen your leadership, your team’s resilience and accountability and ultimately your progress. If topics such as culture, habit change, accountability, micro-learning, inclusion, teamwork or communication float your boat, or you want to refine your, already, fantastic team culture, book the early flight and be at this one! It’s going to be one to remember!
