Lecturer - Corporate Law, Deakin University Paulina joined Deakin University as a Lecturer (Corporate Law) in January 2023. Prior to becoming an academic, she worked as a Legal Research Officer at the High Court of Australia, a Judge’s Associate at the Supreme Court of Victoria, and a solicitor in the litigation practice group of a commercial law firm. Paulina’s research is predominantly in corporate insolvency law, which brings together her passion for law and for business. Paulina has presented her research at domestic and international conferences, spoken about it on legal podcasts, had it published in prestigious law journals, and earlier this year an article of hers was cited in a decision of the Federal Court of Australia.
