Passionate about ensuring the credit and collections industry effectively combines exceptional customer experience and financial performance, Daniel has led large teams across Australia and Fiji and mentored 2 recoveriescorp teams to winning the AICM credit team of the year. Daniel’s credit and collections history in Australia spans fifteen years and has vast experience mentoring and coaching credit professionals for a career in the industry. Daniel has been at recoveriescorp for over ten years, during which time in his role of Chief Operating Officer has a proven track record of exceptional results for his clients whilst transforming the customer experience of individuals that engage with the organisation. An integral part of the recoveriescorp Executive team, Daniel is responsible for defining the growth strategy and leading the organisation’s client acquisition objectives. With a BA (HONS) in Applied Economics, Daniel is known by his clients for providing expert insight of macro-economic factors and their implications on the collections industry.

Credit Manager at Cement Australia Mary has 30 years of Credit experience joining Cement Australia March in 2022 with 21 years previous experience in FMCG high volume collections in the milk & Dairy Industry. She has been a member of AICM for 22 years, holding a CCE. Mary won the Queensland Pinnacle Awards in 2022, is a Finalist in the Credit Professional Awards 2024, and is in one of the top two Credit Team Finalists for 2024. Mary has a passion for Leadership and developing tenacious and resilient Credit Professionals, recruiting for the best attitudes to grow and create a positive culture side by side celebrating success. Mary has a strong focus on continuous improvement, positive engagement with internal and external customers, growing the business while managing DSO results and minimising risk. A strong supporter involved in mental health and wellbeing initiatives and First aid.

Biography

Founder and CEO - Access Intell Lynne Walton is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Access Intell, a fast-growing fintech with a suite of credit risk management SaaS solutions for businesses. Lynne was an experienced Insolvency Practitioner for fifteen years before leaving the insolvency profession in 2010 to specialise in credit management and the PPSR. She founded the EDX (QLD) business which became Access Intell in 2018. The Access Intell products create an integrated process for every stage of the customer life cycle, from online trade applications and PPSR through to ongoing risk monitoring.
