Dr. Paulina Fishman, Lecturer (Corporate Law) at Deakin University will provide an overview of preliminary research to understand the size, cause and impacts of deep insolvency.
Her work aims to diagnose why many companies are so deeply insolvent by the time a formal insolvency process commences that the business cannot be rescued and there is nothing to pay unsecured creditors.
An opportunity for CCE’s to gain a better understanding of the issue and contribute to industry wide responses.
