Sam specialises in trade credit insurance, providing clients with risk advisory services on the insurable nature of their credit risks.
Sam joined Lockton with 5 years’ experience with a global trade credit insurer, responsible for structuring policies, pricing, and debtor coverage negotiations with the risk underwriters. In his role, Sam regularly advises credit managers, CFOs, and risk managers on all areas of credit risk. Including but not limited to, credit applications, credit management procedures, PPSR, debt collection and policy compliance.
As a credit specialist, Sam has developed expertise in quantifying credit risks and structuring solutions for clients to protect their balance sheet and provide financial flexibility. His focus is tackling complex solutions for his clients and delivering on his promised outcomes across all types of credit solutions including whole of turnover, named/major debtor, structured risk, and other underwriting solutions.
